JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the bail application. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 338 of 2012 for the offences instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that with respect to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28797 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/3 verification of land ownership certificate and valuation certificate it has been found that those documents are fake and forged one and the names of those accused are mentioned in written information.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Further it is submitted that as per the allegation, fake certificates in respect to the properties have been submitted by the petitioners. It is further submitted that no loan has been sanctioned against the documents in question which were submitted by the petitioners. Other coaccused have also been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 11397 of 2015.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 338 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saharsa, subject to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28797 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 3/3 conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
