Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.146 of 2022, for the offence under section 30(a)(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, pending in Court of Exclusive Special Excise, Court No.2, Nawada.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail,
