2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 814 of 2021, T.R. No.1102 of 2023 registered under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Considering the direct complicity of the petitioners in the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on pre-arrest bail.

4. The petitioners, if so advised, may seek regular bail before the learned District Court. The learned District Court is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18960 of 2025(3) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 directed to pass a necessary order, in accordance with law, on the basis of materials available on record, on the same day, the bail application is filed, without any further delay and without being prejudiced by any observation made by this Court.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
