ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Upahara P.S. Case No.10 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 384, 420/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only allegation as leveled against the petitioner is that from his house certain pamphlet, literature, letter pad and receipts of Naxal group and also a Hero Honda Splender motor cycle and Samsung Mobile have been recovered. There is no other allegation against the petitioner save and except the recovery of the aforesaid articles. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is ready to

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in Upahara P.S. Case No.10 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
