The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 326, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case, in short, is that on 14.06.2014 father-in-law of the informant demanded money which he has spent in the marriage of his daughter and she replied that he was karta of the family she would not give money. On the order of Anil Thakur, her father-in-law Bhagwan Thakur poured kerosene oil upon her and blazed by matchstick and her whole body got burnt.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15731 of 2019(4) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The independent witnesses, who have been examined in course of investigation in paragraph nos.16, 17 and 53 of the case diary, have stated that the deceased had committed suicide. After investigation, charge sheet was also submitted for an offence under Section 306 of I.P.C. No specific allegation has been made against the petitioner. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. case No.189 of 2014.
