JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner being the liquor dealer did not deposit the license fee for the year 2010-11 and 2011-12 to the tune of `1,03,526/- and the got the entry made with regard to deposit of the same in league with the staff of the Excise Department.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that now the alleged license fee has been deposited along with penalty. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on provisional anticipatory bail for three months, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23100 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The provisional bail of the petitioner will be confirmed by the learned court below on verification of the fact that the petitioner has deposited the license fee with penalty.
