This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhore P.S.Case No.144 of 2016, G.R.No.2856 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of causing dowry death, who happens to be husband.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the death of the deceased was an accidental one and he has nothing to do with the same but he has been falsely implicated in this case. It has also been submitted that after coming to know about true picture, the parties have settled the dispute outside the court and now the case is pending for framing of the charge.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44419 of 2017 (3) dt.06-11-2017 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the charge is framed and the informant and his family members are examined in this case, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned cout below itself, who will consider the materials available at that time against the petitioner and will pass appropriate order. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
