JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 147, 148,149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 452, 380, 385, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
There is specific allegation against the petitioner of assault by Khariya causing grievous cut injury on the head of the informant. Injury report has been annexed as Annexure-1/A which shows fracture on the left side of frontal bone of the head. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
