The petitioner has filed this writ application for a direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga (respondent no.2) to expeditiously hear and dispose of Revision/Appeal Case No.18/2024 filed by the petitioner against order dated 07.09.2024 passed by District Magistrate, Samastipur in Aaganwari Appeal Case No.49 of 2023.
3. The counsel for the State has no objection to the prayer being made by the petitioner.
4. In view of the above, this case is disposed of with a direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga
Patna High Court CWJC No.4903 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 (respondent no.2) to hear the petitioner and dispose of the pending Revision/Appeal Case No.18/2024 which has been filed by the petitioner within three months from the date of production of the copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observation/direction this writ application stands disposed of.
