It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners
Patna High Court MJC No.1629 of 2015 (3) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 that the Interlocutory Application which was filed for condonation of delay in filing the Review Application, was not required to be filed in the Civil Review No.324 of 2012 as according to Stamp Report there was no question of delay. Hence in the present restoration application, the prayer has only been made for restoration of Civil Review No.324 of 2012 to its original file. In the circumstances, Civil Review No.324 of 2012 is directed to be restored to its original file, subject to the petitioner complying with the second part of the order dated 16.07.2014 passed in civil review application with regard to filing of the requisites in review petition within a period of one week from today.
