Learned counsel for the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited submits that the order of this Court dated 14.10.2014 in CWJC No. 1625 of 2011 has already been complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not satisfied in the

Patna High Court MJC No.1871 of 2015 dt.10-08-2016 manner the payment has been made to the petitioner. The petitioner is given liberty to take legal course as is available to him in law. For the present, there is no need to proceed with the matter.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
