2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 105, 238, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he, being unqualified doctor, had given injection to a child, due to which, he died.
