1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case no.205 of 2023 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that the three accused persons on a motorcycle on the point of pistol looted and dispossessed the informant of his belongings as mentioned in the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR was registered against unknown. Referring to the order of the learned trial Court it is submitted that the name of the petitioners transpired in course of investigation. It is stated that the prosecution is mainly relying on the confessional statement

No incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and inspite of their being in custody since 12.9.2023, they have not been put on T.I.Parade. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration nature the allegations in the FIR, no incriminating article having been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case without putting the petitioners on T.I.Parade inspite of their being in custody for more than 6 months since 12.9.2023, both the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case no. 205 of 2023, on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Samastipur.
