ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2018 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 107 of 2018, arising out of Katoriya P.S. Case No. 147 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., but his name has transpired in the confessional statement made before the police by Monu Varnwal and Raju Das and both of them have been granted bail by this Court. It is further submitted that no recovery was made from possession of the petitioner nor he was placed on T.I. Parade. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32723 of 2018 (3) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IInd, Banka, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 107 of 2018, arising out of Katoriya P.S. Case No. 147 of 2017.
