For the Petitioner/s :

Mr. Amarnath Jha For the Respondent/s :

Mr. NIRMAL KUMAR SINHA(APP) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-03-2018 The petitioner has challenged the final order dated 09.03.2016 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharsa in Miscellaneous Case No. 377 of 2008 whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay a total amount of Rs. 2000/- to the opposite parties.

Perusal of the final order reveals that the court below has found out that the opposite party no. 2 is not capable of maintaining herself and she as well as

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.406 of 2016(3) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 her son are being neglected by the petitioner willfully. The amount of maintenance fixed by the family court does not call for any interference as it is already on the lower side.

Finding no merit in this petition, this Court has no option but to dismiss the same.

The petition is dismissed.
