JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hilsa P.S.Case No. 127 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414 and 120B/34 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that petitioner while driving the Bolero vehicle was apprehended and alleged to have been recovered some documents relating to challan of the sand and other documents alleged to be forged. .
Submission is that alleged documents are said to have been prepared by another accused Manoj Kumar and Shailesh Kumar from computer and those two accused persons have been admitted to bail by this Court and by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 34452 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 34787 of 2018 respectively and petitioner bears no criminal

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Jiwandra Kumar @ Jiwendra Kumar @ Jawindra Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S.
