Patna High Court MJC No.828 of 2019(3) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 learned Single Judge, is now subject matter of challenge before the Apex Court in which, Hon'ble the Apex Court has called for the report vide order dated 09.01.2020.

In view of the same, we deem it prudent not to proceed with the matter.
