2. The petitioner seeks bail in Goriyakothi P.S. Case No. 255 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section-103 of BNS.

3. According to FIR, while the informant called his daughter, she was not there and she became traceless. The informant had a firm belief that some unknown persons had committed murder of his daughter (the deceased).

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during investigation, it came to light that the co-accused Mahtab Ali roped electric wire fencing his field for protection from the animals. The deceased came into contact of that wire

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20087 of 2025(3) dt.13-08-2025 2/2 and died due to electrocution. It was the reason that despite the FIR was lodged under Section-103 B.N.S., the charge sheet was submitted under Section-105 B.N.S. Learned counsel has also submitted that Mahtab Ali has already been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court. The petitioner has been implicated in this case merely because the victim (deceased) had love and affection with the petitioner. The petitioner is under custody since 15-11-2024 and he is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Siwan in connection with Goriyakothi P.S. Case No. 255 of 2024.
