JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 20-11-2017 Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the informant. Petitioners pray for grant of bail in Khagaul P. S. Case No. 104 of 2017 registered under sections 406, 420,467,468, and 471/34 IPC. The allegation was that on the pretext of getting employment, they received rupees three lakh and odd from the informant who too is a close relative. It is stated that the petitioners are in custody since 09.07.2017 having no criminal antecedents. It is further submitted that the informant later realized his mistake in filing the case.

Counsel for the informant has not disputed the said contention.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50972 of 2017(2) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 Let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of ACJM-V, Danapur in Khagaul P.S. Case No. 104 of 2017 on condition that one of the bailors of each of the petitioners shall be their own/close family members.
