Petitioner, already in custody since 22.1.2018, seeks bail in Brahampura PS Case No. 17 of 2018, registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation in brief is that only one country made pistol without any cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that the so called recovery is fabricated, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.1.2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Ashok Sahni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahampura PS Case No. 17 of 2018.
