The respondents have considered and passed an order on 06.04.2024 and the same has been furnished alongwith the show cause filed on behalf of Opposite Party Nos.3 & 4 as Annexure-R/A dated 06.04.2024.
2. In the light of the aforementioned development the
Patna High Court MJC No.750 of 2024(6) dt.16-01-2025 2/2 present M.J.C. do not survive for consideration, accordingly, the present M.J.C. stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 06.04.2024 before appropriate forum and in accordance with law.
