Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 441/2021, registered for the offences under Sections 188, 353 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 9 of the Bihar Control of play and use of Loudspeaker Act, 1955 , Section 3 of the Epidemic Disease Act and Section 37(C) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Petitioner is not involved in the sale and purchase of illicit liquor. The allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus that he has tried to free two accused persons who were found drunk.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Exclusive Special Excise Court No.I, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.
