JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with complaint case No. 10/2013 for the offence under section 420/423 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioners executed a sale deed in favour of accused Meena Devi on 17.11.12 with respect to plot No. 617 Khata No. 18 area 32 dec. from her minor son Santosh Kumar on the pretext of giving subsidized seed.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajiv Ranjan Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with complaint case No. 10 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
