JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019 for offences under Sections 143, 147, 149, 323, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 427 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that the

No.17620 of 2020(2) dt.10-07-2020 2/2 petitioners along with 100-150 unknown persons were found in demolition, loot and arson at the house of Ibrahim by creating unruly behaviour and pelting stones on the police officials. Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents and they are only members of the mob, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let petitioners, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within two months from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
