The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 69.10 liters of illicit liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the motorcycle nor the illicit liquor belongs to the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is an accused in one other case, but he is on bail in the said case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been remanded from the said

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge Excise, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019.
