1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. For a direction on the respondents to allow the petitioner the replacement scale of Rs. 8000-13500/- in the revised pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800/-, PB-II and Grade Pay-5400/- with all consequential benefits."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director, Science and Technology Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, i.e. the respondent no.2 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed before the Director, Science and Technology Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, i.e. the respondent no.2, within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no.2, shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter and in case any consequential benefits are found payable, the same shall also be paid within the same time frame.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
