Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 384, 447, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of demanding extortion for allowing the construction on the land of Tribhuwan Prasad Singh.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Title Suit No. 271 of 2014 is pending between the present petitioner and Tribhuwan Prasad Singh on whose behalf the informant has lodged the present case. Considering the accusation in the background of dispute with regard to the land in question, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23023 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 8 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
