The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 20(ii)(b)(c)(d) of N.D.P.S. Act.

Allegation is that 200 grams of ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.7.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Search and seizure have not been made as per the provisions of law. 200 grams of ganja is said to have been recovered. The same is below the commercial

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Patna in connection with Sachiwalaya P.S. case No.99 of 2017.
