The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341,323,147,148,149,307and 379 of the I.P.C.

The accusation against the petitioner and others is with regard to assaulting and snatching ornaments from the prosecution party.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, he did not snatch ornaments from the prosecution party, has a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 22.05.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VIIth, Nalanda in connection with Chhabilapur P.S.
