JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). To direct the respondent authority to pay the financial benefits after grant of first and second ACP.

(ii). To further direct to Respondent authority refixed the pension of the petitioner after payment of first and second ACP."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 2, i.e. the District Magistrate, Patna, for

Patna High Court CWJC No.6081 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 2, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
