2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 306, 368, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the outset, learned A.P.P. for the State submits that petitioners have been declared absconder and thereafter, on 12.06.2024, the process of section 82 of Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against them to ensure their appearance in the Court.

4. Considering the fact that case is of the year 2017 and process of section 82 Cr.P.C. has already been initiated, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
