The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Bairgania Police Station Case No. 145 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the mother of the informant.

It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner rather there is specific allegation against Gajendra Thakur of assaulting the mother of the informant by Farsa causing injury on her head. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since, 30.05.2017.

No.36710 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Sitamarhi, in connection with Bairgania Police Station Case No. 145 of 2015.
