2. The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to take necessary action against the private respondents to restrain them from interfering in peaceful possession.

3. From the allegations made in the writ petition, it appears that the present writ application is mis-conceived.

4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Court or the Superintendent of Police concerned for redressal of her grievances.
