JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 9.1.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.55196 of 2016. Allegation is of kidnapping of minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 6.7.2017 and trial has not been concluded till date.

Heard learned APP and from perusal of the report it appears that five witnesses have been examined in this case and trial is pending only for examination of three witnesses. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37421 of 2018 (3) dt.18-07-2018 2/2 trial and try to conclude it as soon as possible. At the same time, Superintendent of Police, Kaimur is directed to see that the witnesses are produced in court.
