JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Mahadeva O.P) P.S. Case No. 731 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 14 liters liquor from the co-accused person, who disclosed the name of the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court
