2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar, Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 373 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and thereafter Section 3 of the BPID was also added.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the parties have settled their dispute and as per the agreement, the petitioner has paid Rs. One lakh to the informant and the balance amount of Rs. One lakh will be paid to the informant after three months from the date of release of the petitioner.

4. In these circumstances, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Buxar, Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 373 of 2021.

6. If the petitioner does not pays the balance amount within three months from the date of his release to the informant then the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be cancelled by the Court below.
