The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 364/34 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The basic accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.
The victim in 164 Cr. P.C. statement alleged accusation of kidnapping and establishment of forceful physical relationship against the petitioner and Sohan Yadav.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Sohan Yadav has been acquitted on conclusion of trial where the victim has made accusation only against the petitioner but now the

The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds for consideration of regular bail if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 182 of 2013 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Saharsa. With this observation, the application is disposed off.
