The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 201 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he is father of the Kundan Mochi and Kundan Mochi had made illicit relation with married daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is named in the FIR on the basis of suspicion only. It has further been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.04.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48828 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 It has further been submitted that charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 201 of 2017.
