2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have committed dacoity of Rs. 9,90,000/-.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2026 in a case registered in the year 2019. The looted money has been recovered from one Tilo Sah and the petitioner has been named by the co-accused Subodh Agrawal as one of the criminals who participated in the loot.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner and also considering the fact that he is an absconder,
