The petitioner has put to challenge the selection of respondent No. 5 for grant of PDS licence to run a fair price shop under Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016, which was held in the year 2017. The petitioner has filed present writ application after
Patna High Court CWJC No.9638 of 2021(2) dt.15-02-2022 2/2 more than three and half years of grant of licence in favour of respondent No. 5. On perusal of the writ petition, we do not find any justification acceptable to this Court for delay in approaching this Court putting to challenge the selection in question.
