2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 25.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28231 of 2023.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has relied upon the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Gurwinder Singh Vs. State of Punjab reported in 2024 SCC OnLine SC 109 and has submitted that grant of bail is not the rule and grant of bail is exception in the cases registered under Sections of Unlawful Activity (Prevention) Act, 1967.

4. Considering the serious case registered against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17517 of 2024(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 petitioner and the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Gurwinder Singh Vs. State of Punjab (supra), I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner.
