11.05.2015 The Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the Court below on 22.07.2013 but he could not furnish bail bonds on time and, hence, the District & Sessions Judge, Patna refused to extend further time of surrender by its order dated 17.12.2014 in Anticipatory Bail Petition No. 1260 of 2013. Considering that the Petitioner undertakes to be physically present himself within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order, the order dated 17.12.2014 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Patna in Anticipatory Bail Petition No. 1260 of 2013 in connection with Complaint Case No. 2740(C) of 2011 is, hereby, set aside. The application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
