Petitioner has earlier moved this Court twice for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. Nos.32244 of 2019 and 16070 of 2020, which were rejected vide orders dated 13.09.2019 and 21.10.2020 respectively as contained in Annexure-1 series. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that despite the order of the Court the trial of the case has not been concluded as yet and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 09.10.2018. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16019 of 2022(3) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, XI, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 122 of 2020.
