Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of snatching at the railway station. The petitioners were apprehended on the spot. They have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedents. They are in custody since 16.04.2018. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that petitioners are female having no criminal antecedents, let the

No.35701 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gaya Rail Police Station Case No.96 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
