The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that semi manufactured seven pistols and spare parts of fire arms are recovered from the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Some spare parts of fire arms is recovered from the joint house of the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is no compliance of Section 100 of Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. case No.133 of 2019 giving rise to G.R. No.2882 of 2019.
