The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 498A, 34 of the IPC and Sections 3/4 of the D.P.Act.

The informant has alleged that the petitioner, after marrying her, is not behaving well, for which a complaint has been filed in the National Women Commission and the matter is being dealt with by the authorities.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife but the same is not acceptable to the wife. Further, it has been submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an mount of Rs.2000/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the wife. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.2000/- per month in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24376 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 below which shall be released in favour of the informant-wife of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (East) Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Mahila P.S.Case No.27 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
