No.20567 of 2012, by which the writ application was disposed of with a direction to the Chief Engineer (Con), North East Frontier Railway to decide the matter in terms of the order dated 26.09.2008 passed by this Court within a period of four weeks, if not already passed. Learned counsel for the Railway informs that the General

No.423 of 2013 (13) dt.14-07-2016 Manager (Works), North East Frontier Railway, being a competent authority, has passed the final order in the matter and thus he does not press the civil review application. The civil review application is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.

Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks leave to challenge the said order. No such leave is required from this Court and if the opposite party-writ petitioner is aggrieved by the order that has been passed, it is for him to take recourse to appropriate proceedings.
