JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-01-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 73 of 2017, arising out of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 354, 354B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012. One of the daughters of the petitioner has filed a case alleging that after the death of her mother, the petitioner, with an evil intention, subjected her to sexual misdemeanor. Because of the nature of accusation levelled against the petitioner by his own daughter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him.

The prayer for bail is, therefore rejected.
