This Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 05.09.2023 passed in CWJC No. 11288 of 2023, has stood complied with.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be granted liberty to agitate his grievances before the concerned State authority, in case any encroachment is prevailing over the public land in question. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The contempt petition stands dismissed.
