JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-01-2015 Petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ application in the light of the order of the Division Bench. Whatever

Patna High Court CWJC No.21148 of 2013 dt.30-01-2015 2/2 steps are required to be taken by the petitioners should be taken in terms of the observation given in LPA No.1413 of 2014. However, in the interest of justice, this Court observes that the petitioners will still not deal with the corpus of Rs.50 lakhs paid by IOC earlier because if the same vanishes while the right of the parties are still to be adjudicated, irreparable loss will be caused and it will create prejudice in adjudication of the rights before the civil court of competent jurisdiction.

The writ application is permitted to be withdrawn. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J) sk U
